I have been helping people to achieve stronger bodies and minds for the past 23 years, in London and New York City. I am a qualified expert, certified in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training Methods, The Feldenkrais Method and  Nutrition and Health Coaching.

Hello London! I am so happy to share my Total Health Training Program with you. We offer 1:1 training sessions and group classes in Pilates, Yoga,The Feldenkrais Method, Strength and Conditioning and more,  online or in person, and also bespoke plans in Nutrition, Mind Fitness and De-Sressing Meditation, and Healthy Options for your Home and Workplace, all important elements of health and wellbeing.
